Well SEC needs our help, with budget cuts and a struggling economy they rather go after bigger crooks in which Wall St is full of. We need to report these thieves period.

This is not an SEC issue. They are fully reporting and have not done anything wrtong that the SEC could go after them for. I know I have worked with thwe SEC on many scam pennies before. WGAS is not one of them. That is all that matters. No scam it happens everyday in all the penny stocks. They are simply a place to raise money. They key is to play them right and you can make alot of money.
