It's still totally controlled by the institutions and MM's. they are more than happy to let people buy above $3 while they will keep the stock in control and sell the shares they bought 2.80-2.90 keeping the pps from popping out of control. They are on both sides of the trade and won't see either side get burned. When they are ready you will know it.
