Share structure has been unchanged every time I've checked with the TA. Just remember, there are 100's of millions of freely trading shares that were released to Passalaqua. At any given time some of those could be getting sold. I wouldn't rule that out as others here have said it was part of the "deal". But the fins don't say that...they show he was given those shares for cash.
That said, I think this is all retail. Just my opinion.
