but what do you say to all the people who were led to believe there would be no r/s....I mean, how many times did we see 65 MILLION LOCKED FLOAT?!! What about the share retirement? What is the purpose of a r/s when the o/s is so low? You change that list of your periodically to cover your previous mis-statements.....

Riggler...you still haven't made it there yet....it's just a plan....YOUR plan, man, with your 20 mill. shares, preferred C shares, and a short position...you probably ARE sitting on top of the world...till you find out you didn't make it to the AMEX as you prefer to call it....cause there ain't no interest in you flavor of kool-aid as indicated by lack of volume....going on down to .005's or lower soon....maybe there will be some interest down there....

what a joke! Release news announcing preliminary talks with potential licensed broker dealers?....what does that mean?...That was a given with the plan at hand already! Why not release the actual BD that is going to underwrite this up-listing?....Don't have one yet??
