About the only thing I see right now that would throw a delay in the appeal would be if the appellate court granted GOOG's motion to realign the parties, which I think is very highly doubtful. GOOG's counsel just got left in the dust when VRNG counsel jumped up and filed their notice of appeal ahead of GOOG, which was a damned smart move, I might add. Our appellate counsel has already earned a part of his premium fee in that maneuver. JJ
