Hmmmmm... "Honest John" sold almost 1 million shares without the need to report the sales . Several members of the "whale" group also can sell without regards to filing .

Maybe they all know more behind the scenes stuff than the public?



Is the company nearing insolvency? Lawsuits piling up on too many fronts? Financing options drying up? Bad hair day?
