I believe so, depending on what's said, but for me, the most important thing is that Rabin, given his background, was tapped ceo to clear up the financing mess that had occured over the years.
That now appears close to being completed.
For anyone to now think that Rabin brings with him the credentials to move this company forward in matters such as the continued testing phases/uplisting/partnerships/mergers/ eventual commercialization, is, imo, sorely mistaken.
For example, as I've suggested previously, look at the experience and respect ceo's in companies like keryx and nbs command.
Hopefully we are entering a whole new phase of our growth and developmennt and i sure hope the Board realizes this and has the proactive guts to do the right thing.
