This letter was meant to influence JJ. For the sake of the shareholders, I hope it does. If the letter does influence JJ, then it had the desired affect.
I believe is all about JJ I mean, he has failed to deliver us a deal that would actually start making money for MDMN. He tried for 16 years and he has failed. The lack of execution can lay on JJ and LP's shoulders. The communication gap and complete void of transparency rests with LP who has a legal responsibility to represent us shareholders. I've never seen a successful business run this way. Have you? Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to get him out of the company. The company is JJ himself. We should have considered this before we got into this investment. Oh well you live and learn. Unfortunately is not the case for JJ. Here we came group "C"
