Yes, I agree but to your point, there is NOT any media coverage...YET! Keep in mind, UWBKQ has NOT filed their appeal yet, as they only filed a NOA or Notice of Appeal.
As I said in another post, UWBKQ is using a strategy that may imply a forthcoming settlement. They could have just as easily waited until Friday to file this appeal without the NOA.
I think the strategy is to put the Criminals on notice and then give them a couple of days to pay UWBKQ what they want or they will file a juicy appeal airing all the dirty laundry. We shall soon see and I am LOADED to the GILLS with UWBKQ!
