Vringo could be a huge winner and I hope it is, but not in this ballpark.

VRNG has already been a huge winner... ...IF you were an early investor in the pre-merger and pre-Markman days last year.

And that is the key. If the ATVI suit gets resolved in a clear no-doubt-about-it favorable manner for WDDD, then there is an incredibly high likelihood that a year from now, investors will be looking back at WDDD saying the same things: "Man, those early investors who got in on the ground floor when WDDD was a stinky pinkie were huge winners."

But getting there is the challenge. It is no slam dunk. But enduring high risk is the pound of flesh that the market demands to be extracted from you in exchange for the possibility of high rewards.
