This PR today shows IMSC keeps attracting top talent, as we have seen for the past year or more. The ONLY WAY they can continue to attract this kind of talent is these people know they have a good strong future with IMSC. This continues Glenn's "foot on the gas pedal" strategy that he once mentioned in a CC in terms of attracting talent and building up manufacturing capacity. You only do that if you know orders are coming, you want to keep adding to your talent base, and you want to set the stage for strong future product development. That's what this hire speaks to, for me at least.

It does all come down to the pipeline. Dr Jones believes it is very strong, and at least for me, that is good enough for me. You either have to trust an industry expert like Dr. Jones with a strong proven track record of success, or you don't. If you don't, I guess I'm not sure why you would want to invest in IMSC.... But that's just me and my own opinion. I obviously trust him, and in my own opinion the NW Summit sale is the very first sign of his pipeline bearing fruit, and I think we will see more to follow. Anyone can see they gave a very strong statement on their evaluation of IMSC's technology against competitors, that also should give one a good feeling about future sales... At least for me, it was an independent "3rd party outside opinion" on IMSC's product vs. the competition....

This hire like all the others (and the person he is working under who also is a recent hire AND also is an industry expert) shows IMSC continues to attract top talent, and they don't join a company with no future. They do their due diligence, and probably know more than any of us do because of non-disclosure agreements and talking to all the company's principals before they sign on, I think.

You are spot on. He is there for the commercialisation of mass spectrometry in my view. Super solid hire and definitely has signalling impact about the prospects.
However, for the short term share price, hard to attract new investors for the prospects of this company 4 months after TSA and despite all the raised hopes 2 devices sold so far. We need sales momentum.
