I apologize, Gary inherited a mess. The pending lawsuits which have now been settled, the SEC investigation into previous share sales. Now a CEO that hasn't reported selling most of his shares. This type of conduct is why ACT's value isn't displayed in the share price. Gary wanted to be more open with investors. Which is a great idea.
