I just called that number and got a voice message. So if you spoke with JR did you use that number? It was a robo v.m. did not sound like anyone connected with KMAG. So where is my level of confidence supposed to lie with your statement. We go forward? What substantive information is that for me to hang my hat on? My brother was audited by NY State for 3 years of business and it took 4 months. so why can't we get a 2 year audit for KMAG from a private audit? I am very nervous.

All well and good except it does nothing to address the suspension and the stock since. The plan needs to be adjusted to reflect the current situation and give us some definite goals and timeframe so that we have a method to track progress and realize added value.
