smartone: system - follow a good stock picker

Your post is similar to my own thoughts. Have spent the last year trying to figure out a system that works with one symbol ... and decided to focus on QQQQ because of its daily volume and the analysts can't screw with it. Have come up with several systems and, yes, they failed. The many responses in recent days about how to recognize when a trend ends have given new food for thought (thanks all who responded to my question). But also have been watching this, too ...

... "Follow a good stock picker". Problem is that you don't know why trades are being placed. But take a look at the 4 stocks picked recently by grandbanksfever (CS: jbourdeau). He's up +12% with these four stocks according to his CS recommendation list (http://tinyurl.com/9p7ln). Here's a link to my recent post documenting his picks ... http://tinyurl.com/7prm4.

Interesting, yes?

i don't have set system. the past year i found a core group of stocks and just played trends.
for instance apple stock for the past couple of years would surge the week before their earnings announcement. i would buy calls and sell the day of earnings announcement. (although this doesn't really happen anymore now that apple is super hyped stock)

I just started to concentrated playing qqqqs this summer played ken's first system until it stopped working and then played ken's revised system until it stopped working

. still trying to figure out the qqqqs -

The thing about qqqqs that is frustrating is that qqqqs are an index and an index is a collection of stocks and market trends are harder to figure out than individual stock trends.
