Slopak, I wish I could tell you and I wish I knew. All I can gather from MS's emails is that it's good news and it's coming soon. Between my buddy's emails, my emails, and the news from snapped, there will be some sort of financing deal announced, but really this is pure speculation and JMHO. Last week, MS said in an email that the "8-k will be filed in about a week," so I'm guessing that this could mean this week.
The last email my buddy shared with me was in regards to share price. My friend asked if it would go below par value and MS replied "I cannot predict what will happen till we release any news." Maybe he is waiting for the last of the dilution to be over before the good news is released? Once again, I really don't know. I'm hoping it will all work out for us longs, as I am myself accumulating.
