Another thought might be that the Chapter 7 route would have been a VERY easy route to take, for losers and quitters.

To start a "PRIVATE" company in today's world, is very, very, very, inexpensive.

It would cost about $40,000 to $85,000 to go public with a BRAND NEW company.

LOL, no shell wanted by anyone on this planet Cdex.

Only winners and fighters working at Cdex and funding at Cdex.

Just another simple and factual point.
