The Supreme Court if they take the case will only decide if the law was applied correctly if not they will make a ruling and send it back to the Appeals court to make a ruling consistent with the law they decided should be applied. If the dissenting Judge is correct that might mean a ruling in favor of the Plaintiff. Secondly if Gers declares a bk the lawsuits may be able to continue since they are an asset of the company. I do see the above mentioned as problems. However, because Htm is governed by corn a commodity it is still a volatile investment. I feel bad this did not pan out for me. I am still watching on the sidelines but with less hope. For the sake of others on this board which I enjoyed reading the posts I do hope they make money.
