He has no plan on doing one. He is focused on getting this company active and getting the other issue resolved. Oh, and is doing this with his own money/time and is not getting paid by PDMI. Yes of course he owns a lot of shares and will one day be rich like all of us here in this company. Be patient and watch what happens.
