I say rawson lied.
1.Rawson said he wasn't aware he was an officer of dpbe. If he was, it was done without his knowledge or consent. Only one problem, dpbe had already press released his appointment.
2.Rawson said he didn't know what a 504 was, correct? ("Riscy i wouldnt know the difference between a 504 or a 505. is it a pair of Levis?") But guess what, right there on the 504 is his name.

Was/is wilf blum as dpbe's founder and ceo (executive officer) not a director?
Do tell, was randy champion as a dpbe executive officer not a director?
Rawson? listed with identical status but No? not rawson either . ROFLMAO C'mon man. We are talking about dpbe a company with 5 employees, this isn't microsoft for goodness sakes.


By the way, dpbe is not a Calif Corporation.

Here are words from randy champion regarding rawson:"It was decided to reward Capt. Billy for his diligence by promoting him to VP status. In the corporate structure there can be a number of VPs. Billy is over the Dominican operations and I am still VP in charge of Media."

Rawson publicly referred to himself as "director rawson". What public company officer acting as a representative of dpbe would make such a statement unless it was true?
I can only come up with one answer - a liar.

Its just like Wilf saying he was returning the second batch of shares to treasury? How many times did he make that false statement? Oh And btw, rawson always supported blum that is until blum stopped pay HIM. The heck with everyone else Wilf stiffed, but when it hit home, rawson became a detractor, publicly I might add.

Thank you. I honestly don't mind most of the negative rap given to management on this board. Most of it is deserved. But even in Saudi Arabia they try to match punishment to the crime. Steal a loaf of bread you lose your hand, but they don't trump up the charges and blame you for arson across town, the neighbor's marital problems, and a patch of bad weather... Complaints hold a great deal more weight if the info is accurate...

Excellent post, ExBex also brings up valid points, I see documents...but no signatures.

Also I believe the arguement was not about being an officer in the company, it was about being a director, which Capt Billy has been proven he is not a liar and not a director.
