They arent going to have any choice (unless they go against deal). Hollister is gone, their collateral is gone as far as hollister debt is concerned. If they want relief from great basin they will have to go through the canadian courts where they should be subordinate.

Burnstone still exists, their debt structure still exists with Credit Suisse...Hollisters will be gone if the deal goes through
