Wolfie, you obviously didnt read my post. Just bc his name is on there, doesnt mean he is running the show. Here are the comments I made:

See below that Jon has a full time job, doesnt take a salary and hunting can be more important to him than this company. So, this company is a hobby for him and it doesnt matter whose name is on the document. I was right on this one.

I am sure Jon wasnt the CEO when he planned the trip. Jon also works another full-time job, so he doesnt have to take a salary from CPWY, so he has to work his hunting around that also.
Also, per the CPWY PR, Jon was Chairman of the Board, not CEO. A Chairman doesnt run day to day operations.

2) Per the financial statements, only $9,100 was generated in revenue in 3Q12, the last financials releases. Jon became Chairman in the middle of the quarter so maybe be generated half of that. I will give you the benefit of the doubt and say he might have generated $4,500 since taking over. Obviously, no other revenues were generated or financials would have been released.
3) No website, no contact info, no one answering CPWY phones or emails, no financials, not recognized by OTC= shell company.
Here is your post re: financials not being released. You highlighted, "ceased operations" and "defunct operations".

I just realized we are going to have to get an annual disclosure in 2 weeks. That's something I am excited about. Will be interesting to see how many rats jumped ship and how they did it. Also, this could be the final blow. CP may not file or it could show massive dilution. At least there will be closure.
