Me too, Ed... I've been "playing" with sub-penny stocks for about a year, but have only seen 1 time where there was a reverse split... but there was also a name change at the same time, which left me waiting for my broker to receive the new shares before I could trade them... so the pps was reflected correctly after the split, but I couldn't trade...

From what I could tell, this 15:1 reverse split means if you have 100,000 shares at the current pps of 0.0002 ($20), once the split happens, you have 6,6667 shares at 0.003 ($20)... I have heard on this board that the pps MAY go to about 2¢-3¢ in order for some "investor" to get their money out... I'll sell at 2¢...!!
