squash----These pre-adcom notes always seem to make it sound like the drug in question is doomed----but the conclusion is really strongly positive imo----PFS was significantly improved----risks are manageable----patient group has no other option----this is why it was ultimately a great benefit that the FDA limited the label to ocular melanoma----the ADCOM vote will be strongly positive and the price reaction will cause AF heartburn---
