Thanks Renee. Tough Way to End the Month.

Pretty obvious it was coming. CRYFQ had their fianacials, just "forgot" to SEC file them. Maybe this now makes it easier for the Company to settle with bond holders.

I like that first paragraph:

"The Securities and Exchange Commission (“Commission”) deems it necessary and appropriate for the protection of investors to accept the Offer of Settlement submitted by Crystallex International Corp."
