The silence is becoming unforgiveable at this point. We have heard nothing public since the merger outside of the CEO and auditor.

Perception is ruling the day, and Sam really must satisfy his fiduciary duty to keep the shareholders apprised of the status of their company.

Still holding, but perplexed why they don't want to maximize shareholder value here.
