You might be right. They might have to disinfect each room just as a patient checks out and before the next admission. Close the door, tape it and let the O3 work. If that is how it will work they will need at least one system per floor. That would create a multiple of about 5 or 6 based on the average number of floors per hospital.
I have ignored, for the time being, any hotels, cruise ships, veterinary, laboratories, food processing, etc. Therefore, my estimates are still below what might actually become full penetration.
Lets first see if we clear the FDA, EPA and USPTO. Also barring a global depression, maybe we will do well.
