Couldn't do it without you, as 4 of your posts are in the DD page as of now! I'm just going on the probability factor, that if Mack Frankel did it right with OCEE, that he will do it right with GLER.
He has found the way to true value is in "less shares", not more. And your explanation of why he needed to raise the A/S is invaluable.

I was in a PM discussion last night which made me write the 'Devil's Advocate' post.

For instance, why would Frankel spend $2 million just to be a printing press of worthless shares? First off, if he was, the PPS wouldn't stand as it does now (for most of us). It would be at .001 or less. And at .001, he'd have to print 2 Billion shares just to break even. It simply doesn't make any sense to go that route! I know there are other possibilities, however the one that makes the most sense is to put his Private Real Estate Businesses into GLER for himself, to make this his baby! When I connect the dots, this is what I see. I hope I'm right! And your DD helped a lot! :) Thanks!
