I must repeat myself, again! A reverse split causes massive selling and a much lower pps over time. You would need amazingly strong revenues and a very positive northern motion to the pps to do a R/S.
Just look at FNIX, they continue to fool with the O/S, dilution ,R/S's . They split and left everyone holding a POS stock that continues to dilute to pay bills.

GZFX would kill the PPS, imagine a pps for GZFX of $5.00 and 10 times less dilution because of the split. Now in order to maintain the pps they need to make some very serious revenue. If they fail to do that, the pps falls fast and you have 10x's less shares.

Imagine how fast you would lose money if GZFX tanks off of $5.00. It would be a nightmare especially if GZFX needs to sell more shares. Get the picture?

R/S's are very suggestive of companies manipulating shareholders and making money for themselves. Please find me 10 companies out of the thousands that ever successfully pulled off a R/S. Ain't going to happen.

End of Thread for me, you have to see first hand what happens in a R/S situation to know what I am talking about. It is ugly, very ugly. Joe
