so what you were saying is 90M in royalty payments is only a proposal and final number is not yet confirmed/included in the APA ? or Net profit royalty setup is another revenue stream which have no idea what the number is going to be?

In all of this I find it a bit disconcerting that the company has not issued a PR to let its valued shareholders in on the significance of this. That we have been in the dark for so long does not bode well for us, IMVHO. We are not on the radar.
