IMO obvious answer is that it is not being heralded that way simply because it is not so, or, if maybe someday it is to become so that is just not a known and this is not that day which at best is far, far away.

The promotion of Explor and its TPW property got started by a broker who interrupted Greg McCoach while he was finishing up dinner. The term used then was ELEPHANT country.

Greg packed his bags on this broker's TIP and headed out to learn more. I presume that he bought his broker friend's story as he then posted adds on the internet suggesting that people subscribe to his newsletter to find out more about the property to which he referred.

The broker, while helping to pump that story via Greg's newsletter and at least one other newsletter pumped the story even more on social media boards under an alias while referring readers top the FUNDAMENTAL view. As this pupmping was going on, the stock was being sold off by House #1 which is labeled ANNONYMOUS on the trading history records.

Then when the highest grades ever hit by Explor were reported, million upon millions of share were dumped into the market(once again by House #1 Annonymous) which made it very difficult later on to raise funds at less diluting stock price. I hope this refreshes your memory as that is what made the 'market' knew back then.
