FWIW, I can say with 100% certainty that management has nothing to do with the letter. It was suggested by a shareholder and Mike drafted the letter and a bunch of us are helping to edit it. Its only purpose is to let management know that a certain number of shareholders support a decision to move on from Amarant when we are contractually able to do so.
