My shares say Apex on Etrade, and they do have that new website up now, with a link that says stock quote, I think they will get this up and running sometime. (I hope at least, but I am a very small holder in this if they sell land as a private company and they screw us, Im in on a lawsuit, I dont have a large amount of shares here.) but I can wait, they cant hide a huge land sale from us, and we will win in court. But until then I am forced to wait.
Yep it is now also listed on their website. They have decided to forget about us completely because we are not taking any actions against them. Please add yahoo to the end of my screen name and lets talk about what we need to do to get a lien put on this property. I also believe Fishin will be interested in taking some kind of action with us.
