The darkside and their plays.

It is my premise that the OTC market is a game more then investment/trading platform/playing field. The "darkside" is just a name I've placed on those which use the OTC game as a business tool, to raise capital or attain profits from retail traders and investors. "The darkside of the OTC market"

Power to move price lyes within the big guys ability to drive/manipulate the market with large amounts of cash and news stories, after accumulating large amounts of stock, mainly thru funding companies.

The darkside of the OTC market are any entity involved in the opposite side of retail. This includes (VCs) venture capital firms, Company insiders and friends, market makers and trading groups. Which have the means to incite emotion within retail to buy the shares they have for sale.

The process for this OTC game business is what I call a darkside or dark play. It can be seen within a setup. Prior to any sale of accumulated shares are sold to the retail herd.

There are 4 chart patterns which foretell the setup, which I call the pond fishing play, Temp Job, pump & dump and run/retrace/channel. Once one locates the start of one of these patterns, confirmation of a possible darkside play is to find large ammounts of new shares being attained/accumulated by big guys.

The process to locate this accumulation of shares, comes from reading news releases, company Q disclosures, and or Large stock buying at very low prices. If all the requirements are located. Odds are you will see a future stock run from 5x to 10X, which you can trade along with the big guys. Thus making large profits also.

Darkside plays/the OTC game; involve getting large amounts of new shares cheap. Creating an attention price and volume surge, Then manipulating a large price run, thru buying the ask and use of well timed PR's to support continuation, until all accumulated shares are sold. Then the run retraces and walks back down to the price level before the game started.
