I have a very clear picture of what's going on and has been going on since the tweets back in November. And I do know the difference in a reverse merger and reverse split. Means we end up with far less shares at a higher price. Just look at ELRA.
I had a stock that was a merger, aka 'shell'. It's not a bad move for a company that want's to go public, kind of like buying a house. It takes more time and effort to start from scratch with new construction. Or you can buy an already built home and move right in.
