NOW you can maybe get an inkling of what the PEMCO LLC AKA LUBBOCK BUNCH..of which the GOOD DOC belongs.. can do with the CDEX shell. Or at least ONE of the things. Take that LAB thing public. Sell SHARES AND FRANCHISES!!

But they DO have to take ownership or at least control of CDEX first.

Would that help the current shareholders?? Sure as hell would be no worse.
