MoneyJames, I can't predict that ECOS will be toast in May. If they don't nail down a Finance Deal by May they will keep placing discounted stock with more dilution. And I would guess that the SP would hit new lows under .001. But unless the company is getting advances on the Chicken Fuel Deal, they have to Close on a Financing Deal which is needed to buy/lease the Plant and build the NPU's needed to produce the Fuel to sell to the Distributors who in turn will sell to the Chicken Farmers. This isn't all going to commence tomorrow. Maybe 6 months from when they Close on Financing, assuming that happens.
