I agree. But I think that PEMCO failed to get the proxies of the PIPE people or MP, etc..

That is assuming that there is anything at all in my speculation that PEMCO, LLC wants to take over.

For otherwise, why did they file the shares ownership claim??

The filing of SEC forms on time is not a theory, it is an established fact.

Three consecutive shareholders meetings is not a theory, it is an established fact.

And, as ALL have seen from the voting by shareholders, there is "STILL" plenty of shareholders paying attention, just another established fact.

But because plausible theories are posted on this board, a good theory will be the implementation of G4's in the month's to come.
