LOL! you should know by now that the PINKS are predictable!
In that after every PINK RS, shareholders are at a loss!
Mathematically, the decimal displacement between the post-RS/PPS and the Post-RS/Shares should settle such that the resulting market value of the shareholder(s) position should be the same and ultimately driven higher via new buyers.
That's what an Ideal RS "Supposed" to do.
But down here in the pink underworld, where anything goes without SEC/FIRNA Regulations, PINK-RS only moves the decimal place above the floor for room to fall (get diluted) back down to it!
After all, ya cant dilute without an OTC BID to dilute into! wink!
And of course you'll get the obscene languages from all the monetarily injured shareholders, wink!
But eventually that'll all subside and be forgotten as the stock successfully prepares for milking round 2
