Thanks. As soon as I hit submit, a Schwab Restricted Shares person called me and explained that I can sell the shares but still have to pay $250 for the opinion letter. I told her I am going to wait and see if this resolves itself, and she agreed it might make sense and that PGLC might issue some kind of "blanket" opinion letter for all the shares.
