Sir H , Reading the briefs will not happen til sometime in just and Then I suspect the court will set a date to consider the briefs. I am not sure, but I do not think the lawyers get to present at such a hearing. This means that who ever is preparing the appeal had better be on the ball. Does anyone know how many judges will read these briefs?? Appellate courts usually consist of three judges as far as I can remember, so don't quote me on this, but it will be interesting to see how this is handled.
