#15220 RE: gnosis #15219

I want to point out that Gnosis' post shows that he is unaware of at least two things; the first of which is a lack of knowledge of stock reports in general, and the second is a lack of experience with penny stocks.

A 10-K report is an annual report that comes out once a year subsequent to the end of a company's fiscal year.
A 10-Q report comes out quarterly subsequent to the end of each quarter (in this case March 31st).

Anyone who has traded penny stocks for very long knows that psychology and TIMING are an even greater factor than with regular stocks. The fact that Ben has held off certain news is not necessarily because there isn't any (as Gnosis is assuming), but more likely because it is best timed with the 10-Q report, and/or maybe a tout serice will be used.

It is not a good idea to jump to negative conclusions based on either a lack of knowledge or experience.

Another thing to keep in mind is that the same set of news items has a DIFFERENT reaction when a tout service is used.
The combination of less debt and the relatively new royalties deal can be reported by a tout service announcement and cause a dramatic affect on stock price.

Its a whole different ballgame; but I guess Gnosis has not been paying close attention to my posts, or else he would already realize this.

The fact is that companies with almost NO positive fundamentals can be spun to look like dynamite investments by tout services.
So the bottom line is that there is nothing to worry about here.
