From my understanding, IJJP is experiencing such a chill on all it's assets simply because of all the wrong the previous company did before our new guys moved in.

What new guys? Clifford Pope is the founder of IJJC (IJJP) and has been Chairman, CEO and President since the reverse merger in 2004. There is no previous management to blame.
