First, yes there is definitely wash trading occurring with pink stocks.

Second, I never claimed this is happening with MJNA. I simply told the OP what he was describing is named "wash trading" Further, that it's an illegal practice.

Third, the SEC definitely oversees the pink stocks to some extent. One only needs to see the large # of pinks companies the SEC has suspended or halted in just the last year alone...

Not in Pink Sheets: there's no SEC oversight, no tracking of buyers and sellers and IP addresses and accounts being used
