If ASYI has never been on the Merus site, maybe they never loaned a dime to ASYI. If they are so proud of choosing who and what they invest in, but never acknowledged on their web-site investing in ASYI, maybe they never did. I mean after all, just how truthful have ANY of the ASYI PRs been?

the team must have an exceptionally strong technical foundation and the long-term drive to turn an idea into a world-class business.

In October, 2012, Merus Capital invested an undisclosed amount of money in the AERO-IQ start-up and added AERO-IQ to its 11 other "Merus Portfolio Companies ... a 'designation' that even ASYI never before held.

Thus far, it has not received one single dime of returns on that investment.

If and that's a big if, Merus did loan money to ASYI they would have been given shares all along the way for them to sell, it's a normal process in these scams like ASYI for paying "interest and principal payments."
Through that process they got their money back and more, if they actually did make a loan and if they did and didn't get a dime as you said, do you really think they would loan more money to the same people with the same idea but in a different company?

As has been said here plenty of times, ASYI can't do anything in the way of another fantasy RM with incorporation papers in DEFAULT.

All "companies" involved in any such action would have to hold an ACTIVE or CURRENT status.
