When you meet him he is very likable and has an answer for pretty much everything you throw at him ...... you believe everything he is telling you ....he shows no signs of deception etc...BUT the bottom line here folks is you have to look past all that as none of this prd BS has come true time, after time, after time here ,,,,as SJoringo will probably attest you believe the guy in person when talking to him - hes very convincing ......the bottom line is A TON of money has disappeared from the company coffers here and was spent on what ??????? Those financials are so cryptic you cant make heads or tails of them and where- who did all these convertible notes go to ? Where is the proof we bought into a bank , where is the proof wireless equipment is online, where are the phones , where are the pads , where is the revenue from the cards ? BigheadTV lol, ARC capital, AGS capital ,Dominican bonds, USDA loan , licenses valued at 35 million in the DR yada yada it just goes on and on ..... you have to judge people on their track record eventually at some point and not good intentions - these are items HE put out there, prd and should be held accountable for - he has Bs'd ,failed and taken all our money here imo. ...
