Thanks. I believe there are 13 million shares outstanding. At .04 we are looking at $520K market cap. Book value is over $700K and growing at a rate of almost 100% anually. Personlly I think this acquisition is going to set the stock on fire...but who knows?

Has anyone taken a peak it EEGI? This is the right company to be partnering with CTD Holdings. P/E looks to me to be about 5 and they use CTDH products for environmental clean-up purposes. I hope that one keeps coming down too....reports mid April.
