Is it too late to buy in VDSC for shares of Image Group Inc, like is there a date from which point of purchase they will not award Image Group Inc shares? Not like I have the funds to do so anyway, but just curious because this sounds amazing and I would think many would start jumping on VDSC for Image Group Inc shares causing a lot of buying.

Im still confused on what they mean by this

We believe the price of shares of VDSC are so undervalued that in lieu of 12.5 million dollars as initial payment we are taking 25 million shares of stock of VDSC and valuing them at .50 cents a share.
