Why on earth not? The people supposedly running the show now are supposed to be highly successful, experienced businessmen. I cannot begin to imagine why they'd have chosen to involve themselves with the likes of Jan and Hipple.
Hmmmm, why would Allyn leave millions on the table by sharing the spoils with 360,000,000 shares than a select group of people, set up as a new LLC, Corp., private or public and share it with 10 or so people?
I have asked this question four or five times now and only one person even attempted to answer it and failed. It's either one of the worst financial decisions I've ever come across or......... yeah. It is what we think it is. Sorry if I got the quote thingie wrong.
