Grapeman, do not blame you on your opinion, you are 100% correct. EWRC, has been a scam, and many old timers saw a chance to get out at .0001 and did, that is why all that volume. But, if EWRC, follows through on its "REINSTATEMENT", at .0001, it could be a great short term play! But you are correct on the past!
