Whatever the issue is with the offering, I don't think it will affect us long term. There seems to be no shortage of confidence in their ability raising the capital needed so for the time being I'm not worried. If I wasn't confident in this company pulling this off I wouldn't be here, period.
There are so many possible news events pending that its hard not to get antsy waiting for this offering to be done. They are obviously waiting for it to be completed before announcing anything. This tells me that they know the sp is important going forward here, so timing is everything.
Its a wait and see game right now... and I can't wait for the wait to be over. lol
